Shipping Rates
All shipments are from Japan. Free shipping.
Shipping Carrier
We use Japan Post for shipping.
Includes tracking number and Japan Post insurance.
Lost or damaged packages during delivery are covered.
We will inform you of the tracking number once we ship package.
Delivery Time
Orders are shipped within 3 days, excluding weekends.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after the notification that your order has been delivered.
May be charged additional fees depending on your country's import taxes and duties.
If for any reason you do not receive your package and it is returned to Japan, you will be responsible for any costs associated with the re-delivery.
Please make sure that you have entered the correct shipping address when you make your payment. If the shipping address is incorrect, no refunds will be given.
We currently cannot ship to Latin America, Africa, Russia, or countries without a package tracking system.
