Vintage Japanese Boro fabric aizome indigo dyed(wax-dyeing) KAMON fragment/NOREN

This beautiful cloth has the family crest (KAMON) painted in indigo wax, 

this wonderfully beautiful deep indigo from 100 years ago. 

This is a traditional and authentic Japanese 　aizome indigo dye. 

This can also be used as a noren (curtain).

The contrast on the front side is beautiful. 

The reverse side is also beautiful, with a worn and melancholy look.
