General Shipping Information

• Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped directly from Japan.

• Shipping Carrier: We use a reliable international express courier for all packages.

• Shipping Cost: FREE Express Shipping is included for all items worldwide.

• Handling Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days, excluding weekends.

• Tracking & Insurance: All shipments include a tracking number and comprehensive insurance, providing compensation for any loss or damage during transit. The tracking number will be provided after shipment.

• Delivery Service: We strive to dispatch your order quickly and carefully.

 

International Duties & Taxes

Your responsibilities regarding import duties and taxes are determined by your shipping destination. Please check your region below to understand the applicable fees upon delivery.

 

1. For US Customers 🇺🇸(Delivered Duty Paid - DDP)

Item	Summary
Customs Duty (Import Tax)	Calculated and Paid at Checkout.
Sales Tax (State Sales Tax)	Collected at Checkout.

Summary for US Customers: Your order is shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All required Customs Duty and State Sales Tax are collected at Checkout to ensure a smooth delivery. You will not be billed for any duties, taxes, or handling fees by the carrier upon delivery.

 

2. For All Other Countries (Including EU, UK, Canada, Australia, Asia, etc.)

Item	Summary
Customs Duty, VAT/GST, & Handling Fees	Billed upon delivery. These fees will be invoiced separately by the carrier or customs authority upon importation.

Summary for All Other Countries: Your order is shipped DAP/DDU (Delivered at Place/Duty Unpaid). The customer is the Importer of Record. All import duties, local taxes (VAT/GST), and any carrier handling fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer and will be invoiced upon delivery by the carrier or local customs office.

 

Agreement for All Customers

By placing an order, you agree to pay any applicable import duties, VAT, GST, and handling fees levied by the carrier/customs upon import, in accordance with the policy for your region.

Refusal to Pay: If you refuse to pay these applicable fees and the package is returned to Japan, you will forfeit the original shipping costs and any collected duties/taxes.

 

Important Notes

• Delivery Liability: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier provides a successful delivery confirmation (Delivered status).

• Customs Delays & Additional Fees: International shipments may experience customs delays. We cannot predict the possibility of additional duties or fees incurred after your package arrives in the destination country. For details, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

• Incorrect Address: Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address during checkout. We cannot issue a refund if a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• Undeliverable Packages (Returns to Sender): If a package is undeliverable for any reason and is returned to Japan, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.

• Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to Latin America, Africa, Russia, or any country without a reliable parcel tracking system.
